We didn’t start with a pitch. We started with a pause.

Each of us — in different moments, in different places — realized something simple but hard to ignore: If I disappear tomorrow, the people I care about won’t know what to do with my digital assets.

We weren’t talking about billions. It wasn’t about the amount.
We were talking peace of mind.

A side wallet here, a token vesting there. A handwritten plan, a mental checklist, a best guess. No one else knew the full map — because it only existed in our heads.

That’s when we started building Holdii.

We’re three technical co-founders from different cultural backgrounds, now based in Aotearoa (New Zealand). Between us, we’ve worked across exchanges, fintech infrastructure, and early Web3 systems.

But this wasn’t about credentials. It was about control — and care. We wanted something that didn’t rely on memory, geography, or legal paperwork alone. Just logic, encoded with purpose — and triggered only when it matters.

Holdii is what we wished existed for ourselves.
Now we’re building it for others who feel the same.
